Description of Service MIDDLEMEN.TF provides an automated escrow service that allows users to buy and sell entire Team Fortress 2 inventories using Steam trade bots. **MIDDLEMEN.TF is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.** --- ## 2. Eligibility By using this service, you confirm that: * You are at least 13 years old * You own or have legal control over the Steam account used * You are not banned from trading on Steam --- ## 3. How the Service Works * Users deposit TF2 items via Steam Trade Offers * Items are held by automated escrow bots * Buyers purchase inventory listings using supported payment methods * Sellers receive payouts after successful transactions --- ## 4. Fees * A commission fee (typically 3%) is deducted from completed sales * Fees may change at any time without prior notice --- ## 5. User Responsibilities You agree to: * Provide accurate information (email, trade URL, etc.) * Not engage in fraud, scams, or chargebacks * Not attempt to exploit or abuse the platform --- ## 6. Payments & Payouts * Payout methods may include PayPal, cryptocurrency, or other supported options * Processing times may vary * We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers --- ## 7. No Guarantees * We do not guarantee that your inventory will sell * Market prices may fluctuate * We are not responsible for value loss due to market changes --- ## 8. Risks & Third-Party Services By using the platform, you acknowledge: * Steam trading carries inherent risks * We rely on third-party services including Steam (Valve Corporation) * We are not responsible for outages, delays, trade holds, or errors caused by Steam or other third parties --- ## 9. Account Suspension We reserve the right to: * Suspend or terminate accounts * Cancel listings or transactions * Block users suspected of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity --- ## 10. Limitation of Liability & Legal Disputes To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MIDDLEMEN.TF, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to: * Loss of virtual items or inventory * Financial losses or missed profits * Market fluctuations or pricing changes * Delays, failures, or errors caused by Steam or third-party services * Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence By using this service, you agree that you use MIDDLEMEN.TF at your own risk. --- ### Waiver of Claims You agree not to hold MIDDLEMEN.TF liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law. --- ### Dispute Resolution Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the use of MIDDLEMEN.TF shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. --- ## 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MIDDLEMEN.TF, its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or related to: * Your use of the platform * Your violation of these Terms * Any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity conducted through your account * Any disputes between you and other users or third parties This includes, but is not limited to, covering any legal fees, court costs, or expenses incurred by MIDDLEMEN.TF as a result of your actions. --- MIDDLEMEN.TF shall not be responsible for any legal costs, claims, or liabilities incurred by users. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions and any consequences that may arise from using the platform. ## 11. Refunds & Chargebacks * All sales are final once completed * Initiating a chargeback may result in account suspension or permanent ban * We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks --- ## 12.
